Our Pricing

We offer clear, upfront pricing for every job—no hourly rates, no surprises.

Minimum Fee: All projects start at a minimum of $150, ensuring quality service no matter the size of the job.
In-Person Visit Fee: If an in-person assessment is required before work begins, there is a $150 fee, which will be credited toward the final price if you proceed with the job. This fee must be paid even if no agreement is reached.
Large Renovations: For larger renovation projects, in-person consultations are complimentary.

Step 2: Detailed Quote

We’ll provide a clear, itemized quote for the job based on the information you’ve provided.

Step 3: In-Person Assessment (If Needed)

For projects requiring an on-site visit, we’ll schedule a time to assess the space. For smaller jobs, this visit costs $150 (credited to the final price if approved). For large renovation jobs, this assessment is free.
